The two main directions of the menu are homemade pasta and charcoal cooking of dry-aged beef from South America. Whether we are talking about Uruguay or Argentina, we choose meat mainly from grass-fed animals and cook it medium. You will probably taste with us one of the most creamy Tiramisu you have ever had, and the tarts are almost pharmaceutical combinations of flavors and textures.
