Our residence is situated in the city of Oradea, in the middle of "the" upper class residential area "Grigorescu". The apartment hotel was built a year ago and offers an ideal retreat with a large event garden. Here you will find the ideal retreat for couples who would like to spend a cozy and quiet time. We offer 5 fully equipped apartments, each with: 2 bedrooms with king size beds, open space kitchen and living room. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes for 4 people. In the bathroom you will find a stepless shower and toilet. Our apartments are built for people with walking difficulties. 3 apartments are completely wheelchair accessible. Breakfast only possible for 2 or more persons. In our 500 square meter garden, you will find a spacious swimming pool, a party house, a fantastic sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, drinks and simply unforgettable moments!
