Benjamin Steakhouse & Bar - Wood Fire Grill. We use only legendary BLACK ANGUS BEEF maturated for at least 21 days, from cattle bred by "Karpaten Meat" on the natural pastures in Transylvania. We use a special JOSPER oven-grill with wood charcoal, unique in Transylvania, which gives a remarkable flavor to every dish. We enjoy our food, so we keep things simple by focusing on selecting high-quality ingredients that are prepared to perfection, resulting in a dish that is full of flavor. One of the ways we accomplish this is by cooking some of our foods in our Josper charcoal oven. The fact that it cooks so quickly at 400 degrees means that it has an excellent smoky, juicy flavor, which is ideal for our steaks.
