The rustic area of the Balvanyos Resort includes a restaurant and a terrace, specially designed for traditional dishes pulled right out of the oven. In the evening you may delight yourself with mulled wine, local palinka while warming up by the campfire. You may also try a taste of pork cracklings that is prepared right in front of you. Our concept evolved around traditional flavors infused with a modern touch. We maximize the art of cooking with local products and ingredients, in order to create flavorful dishes in an unexpected way that will bring back childhood memories.
