Pensiunea Lacramioara provides you with a glimpse and dip inside an old and ongoing tradition still present inside the spirit of the romanians in Maramures. The traditional rooms provide you with comfort and calm, necessary after you've been visiting all that is to visit around Maramures. Our pension is situated in a nodal point - so you're right in the middle of all the touristic attractions (such as The Mocanita Train, The Horse Waterfall, The Happy Cemetery, The Monastery of Barsana, and many more). Our build-in restaurant provides traditional dishes made with ingredients from local farmers or our own chicken farm and fish pond. Prepare your bellies because our food portions come only in BIG or BIGGER and their taste will leave you wanting for more (most tourists leave having gained a few more pounds). If you're a vegetarian or are on a special diet, our cooks can help prepare a meal especially designed for you. If you have children, our location is what you want if you plan on playing some sports with your child, teaching him how to swim or even letting him ride a pony! You come a tourist and leave as a friend!
