Prakriti Yoga Shala is a yoga studio with the main focus on Ashtanga yoga in the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Our main goal is to share the teachings of yoga in this traditional way. However, if you are interested in other styles of yoga, we also offer classes like Flow yoga, Hatha yoga, and guided meditation. Apart from yoga classes, you can also come and enjoy a cup of coffee, snacks, or homemade cakes in our coffee place and vegetarian bistro. We also run a small shop with ayurvedic herbs, supplements, and books about yoga and Ayurveda.
