About

The bistro is based on high quality cuisine and natural wines. Our chef is creating meals inspired by European cuisine and re-creates traditional Slovak dishes in modern form. We have selection of more than 30 wineries from Slovakia, Czechia, Austria or Italy. We are passionate about gastro, its kind of addiction for us. Whether it is kitchen, bar or service, we're doing our best to bring amazing dishes on the table, pour excellent natural wines and make a whole experience even better with our service staff which is polite, friendly and educated in every level. Once in a month we are organizing tasting dinner with a winemaker - our chefs create tasting menu paired with wines with is teamwork between us and the winemakers. Our goal is to make our bistro the central spot for natural wines in Bratislava, maybe Slovakia in general, where customers can taste different varieties of wines (and wineries), get to know natural wines in general and taste great dishes paired with the wines.
