The hiking trail to Jamské pleso is moderate, alternately rises and falls, which makes it very interesting. It's an easy hike that even children can easily handle. Along the way there is a spring and a shelter with a table and benches. The trip takes approximately 1.5 hours one way. You can return along the same route, or you can alternate your way back following the blue and green signs, next to Rakytovské plieska. You don't need any special mountain equipment for this hike - sneakers and appropriate clothing according to the weather will suffice.
