The house has just finished a full renovation and provides a beautiful house just 200 metres to the Lake shore. 50 metres from the local supermarket and restaurant etc. The house has 3 bedrooms, one has ensuite WC. Lovely open plan ground floor with dining area and kitchen with a raised living area, two way fireplace visible from the Living & dining areas. Air conditioning on the top floor. 2 full bathrooms, one with bath & Shower and one with just shower. Fantastic shaded wooden deck area with built in BBQ and sink. Front & rear garden. *The spruce trees in the garden have been removed for safety reasons. Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small.
