The Konoba Pizzeria Rustica is located in Marija na Krasu (on the main road connecting the Slovenian border with Plovanija and Umag). It is a typical Istrian tavern offering various specialties of the Istrian cuisine with genuine istrian olive oils and famous istrian vines. Offers homemade Istrian prosciutto, sheep cheese, homemade pastry and bread. Grilled meat specialties such as beefsteak, rump steak, Fiorentine T-bone steak are prepared according to traditional secret recipes. Fresh sea food specialities such as Adriatic squid, scampi and grilled season fishes. Interesting are the seasonal dishes such as green asparagus, porcini mushrooms and must-try truffle dishes prepared with either black or white truffles as well as traditional dishes prepared under the bell such as veal, lamb with potatoes and other vegetables.
