Motovun Ranch House is located near the medieval town of Motovun, in the village of Ravan. The house is secluded in a beautiful corner of nature. Although the house is decorated in a traditional Istrian spirit, it is restored with modern details in a completely original artistic way. It can accommodate 8 people. On the upper floor there are three cozy comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. Large living room on the ground floor, with an open fire in winter and summer balcony in summer. The spaces are designed to allow a variety of activities, workshops for around twenty people. The ground floor consists of a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. As you can barbecue inside on the fireplace, so there is a zone for grilling in the backyard. There are not many places in the world where you can be alone in such pristine nature to spend a family vacation or a gathering of dear friends. Welcome!
