The hotel is named after the Blue-tailed damselfly, an odonata by the Latin name of Ischnura Elegans, which signifies a clean environment and is one of 32 odonates that reside on the Brdo Estate. Our culinary story is being written by Tomaž Kavčič, a Michelin star recipient, who will play an important role in presenting Slovenian cuisine at the time of the EU presidency.
