We are united by our passion for nouvelle Slovenian cuisine, which our head chef, Uroš Štefelin, creates together with our team. Uroš is a local who strives to preserve the use of local ingredients and dishes. The Michelin culinary guide awarded Uroš a Michelin star (2020, 2021) and a green star for sustainability (2021), while in 2020 the Gault & Millau guide awarded him the title ‘Traditional Cuisine Chef’ and 16.5 points. All the people we work with, and who works for us, are locals. We are very proud of our country. You will discover stories of our friends and suppliers. You will get a sense of our feelings, heart and soul. Our hotel and restaurant are very diverse. Food can also be served in private rooms.
