Pinsa, similar in appearance to pizza, but basically very different. Due to the dough with a little yeast and a prolonged rise up to 72-hour it does not stick to your stomach. It is easily digestible, less carbohydrate and therefore healthier. Always crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Consisting of first-class Italian ingredients and freshly baked for you.
