Restaurant Amon is nestled in the picturesque valley of Podcetrtek, Slovenia, housed within the historic Amon estate’s cellar. The rustic‑styled dining room retains the authentic charm of a traditional wine cellar, while modern sustainable design elements give it a contemporary feel. Amon proudly holds a certification as an eco‑restaurant and is the first environmentally‑certified restaurant in Slovenia. The menu is divided into daily specials, seasonal offerings and a classic à‑la‑carte selection, featuring dishes made with locally sourced ingredients and complemented by wines grown at the estate’s own vineyards.
