Hands on Mediterranean cooking class at Bodega Cortijo el Medico, in the stunning mountain area of Alpujarra, two hours drive from Malaga. Dive into the Mediterranean kitchen, learn about the health benefits and how to intergrate this way of cooking and eating at home. Small classes: Minimum two, max six participants. Local ingredients form the basis of our menu, which changes with the season. We might use olives, figs, almonds and herbs from the farm, including wild growing saphron. We cook and eat together, and enjoy the natural wine from the farm´s own bodega with the meal. Morning or evening class. If you prefer to spend the night, we´ll offer accomadtion in our spacious and comfortable villa, with the most amazing mountian views. Class costs 75 euros pr. person, including foood, wine/mineral water and leaflet with receipes. Email us for request and booking.
