If you want to taste the typical Aragonesa gastronomy of the Sierra de Albarracín, nothing better than the Restaurant of the Hotel Suiza in Bronchales, spacious but cozy, it has a large room of about 230 square meters with capacity for 160 people. We provide to our customers daily menu, where spoon dishes and typical local meats. Homemade cooking, cooked with local products, we are guided by seasonal products such as boletus, mushrooms called Rebollones, which are found in our mountains, hunting meat from our region, etc.. Following the tradition started by Josefa Hernández since 1974 and with top quality food, we like to offer tasty, simple cuisine with some innovation from the hand of our Chef María José Brisa. In our Summer Terrace El Patio de las Moreras, you can eat or drink, have brunch, lunch, dinner, with or without your pet, enjoy the atmosphere, the music and a unique space in the area.
