"El Pincelín" was the nickname that Pascual Blanco Cantos had earned for his reputation as elegant. Pascual founded, along with Josefa, his wife, in 1952. They transformed what was a small bar in one of the most recognized hotel establishments in Almansa. Currently a gap has been made among the best restaurants in Spain. Currently, the "Mesón de Pincelín" is directed by his sons Diego and Pedro. Doña Josefa is still present and is a reference. Pincelín is still a family business in which children, daughters-in-law and employees contribute to creating their friendly environment, aware of the responsibility of maintaining quality in a restaurant with this prestige.
