From military and police relatives, my passion for gastronomy made me a traditional retail producer of the best variety of extra virgin olive oil and during the journey of the hobby of good food I went through the art of preparing good dishes becoming the professional I admired the most since childhood, a cook. Now I will be able to finish fulfilling my dream culminating with an ingredient that completes the senses of any dish, a Restaurant that is located under the same lines of the Antequera Bullring built in 1848 and one of the most preserved in Andalusia and from the greatest affection and enthusiasm I hope you feel the same passion that I feel for gastronomy.
