Practice some yoga in Lanzarote and add an extra dimension to your holiday. I guarantee it will leave you feeling fantastic and with a different more positive mindset. I offer private yoga classes in your holiday accomodation for your own comfort and convenience. My classes are tailor-made to suit your needs. I offer various types of yoga; gentle Hatha yoga (suitable for beginners) Hatha flow (for more experienced practitioners) or a more dynamic creative Vinyasa or rocket-based practice. Classes can be for individuals, couples or groups. I supply all materials, mats, blocks, blankets, belts eye pillows etc. I also offer outdoor yoga as an option.
