Due to the mild climate, little precipitation and all-season fresh winds Lanzarote offers optimal flight conditions. Age limit? Paragliding is not strenuous, so it is suitable for all ages. Weight restriction? 40-100 kg (90-220 pounds) body weight can be realized easily. Physical fitness? For your safety, it is important that you inform us in cases of known symptoms such as circulatory or dizziness problems, just as in the case of pregnancy. Otherwise you do not need special conditional requirements or technical skills.
