On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both air conditioned, as well as an extra family bathroom. A spacious terrace offers views to the sea. Living Room The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Alegranza has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Pool Heating This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance. Additional Information The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of €25 per day. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
