Casas de Bermudillo is a large complex and is rented exclusively to the same group. It is a rural house, located in Martiherrero just 10 minutes from the city of Avila and 1 hour from Madrid. At Casas de Bermudillo we will surprise the visitor with the perfect harmony that exists between the comfort of its well-cared facilities and the natural environment in which it is found. With three houses at your disposal (House 1 capacity 10+, House 2 capacity 2+, Barraca, capacity 20), Casas de Bermudillo accommodates from a couple to a family or group of friends of up to 32 people. Hidden among meadows and forests, it is the perfect refuge to relax with a good book, in front of the fireplace or taking long walks in the middle of nature. A place with character and a lot of history converted into a rural house. Forget the clock and come to see Casas de Bermudillo ... The houses are within a 4,000 m garden. with covered pool, barbecue, wood oven, dollhouse, dance floor, trampoline, ping-pong tables, playground…. And at the same time within a 14-hectare hunting ground farm, soccer field, beach volleyball court, farm animals, zip lines, etc. All the houses have what is necessary to receive the visitor. Equipped bathrooms, kitchen with oil, salt, coffee and other basic things. It has three houses: House I: 5 bedrooms + 1 large library + 1 living / dining room + 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. 2 rooms have a 1.35 bed. 1 room has a 1.50 bed. 1 room has two beds of: 1.05. 1 room has two beds of: 0.90. House II: 1 bedroom with a 1.35 bed + 1 dining room / kitchen with a double sofa bed + 1 bathroom. House III: 2 bedrooms with five bunk beds each + two full bathrooms. Outdoor lounge: with capacity for 100 pax, it has everything, music, refrigerator, tables…. , it is heated only with firewood. The whole farm has free Internet.
