The SL Hotel Santa Luzia was opened this year, and is situated in the building of the former Pousada de Elvas, which dates back to 1942." After some redecoration and restoration work, it is now a charming hotel aiming to combine the typical Alentejo architecture and the traditional Portuguese spirit of hospitality and it's ready to face the challenges that come with being located in Elvas, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2012.
