It is located in a rural estate with 11 hectares of woodlands 29 km from Barcelona and 4 km from the beach. It is situated between the villages of Vilassar de Mar and Argentona, 122 km away from Tarragona, 84 km from Girona and 196 Km from Lleida. The main buildings a modernist construction of the year 1920. It was originally built as a private home. It still preserves the original architectonic features; later the construction was enlarged with a building annexed to the old tower.
