After over a hundred years as "bacallaners" the Perello family hospitality launches world with the opening of the tasting bar in the new Perello 1898, located in the brand new Mercat del Ninot. There deposited its know-how and experience offering dishes, tapas and dishes based on cod, pickled, smoked and other specialties of salted fish, also with the help of the cook Guada Reig have designed a menu with some imaginative touches .
