“En Ville” is an elegant and warm restaurant located in the Raval district of Barcelona, forming part of an emblematic building designed by the renowned Valencian architect Rafael Guastavino in 1877. It offers a varied menu distinguished by the very high quality of the ingredients used. It is an ideal restaurant for all those who are gluten-intolerant, as all the dishes on the menu are suitable for coeliacs. The cuisine at “En Ville” is based on creative cooking, offering customers a variety of original dishes combined with traditional elements of both Catalonian and French cuisine, all gluten-free. It also boasts an excellent selection of fine wines, using the Coravin system to be able to offer great wines by the glass, without uncorking the bottle, in order to preserve the product.
