Our Home in Gracia Awaits You! Factory Hostel is only a 5 minute walk to both Park Guell and Gracia, a bohemian neighborhood popular with artists and musicians. Set in a townhouse built in 1925 on the site of a former monastery, it was completely renovated in 2013. Like our sister property in l'Eixample, it's a great place for travelers looking to get a taste of how the locals live in Barcelona. And we should know. We grew up here. When you stay with us, it's like being a guest in our home. Our townhouse is very relaxed and informal. Everything here is brand new. It gets lots of sun and offers breathtaking views of the city.
