The rodízio begins with a visit to our gourmet appetizer bar, where you’ll find a wide array of fresh vegetables, salads, breads, cured cheeses and both cold and hot Brazilian starters—including the classic Feijoada. When you’re ready to taste the meats, simply lift the green side of the revolving platter on your table and the staff will present a variety of cuts as the platter turns. Should you need a break, just turn the platter and the service pauses. The menu boasts an extensive selection of meats, so we recommend sampling as many as possible.
