About
The idea for Imperfect as a non for profit restaurant was born back in 2014. During two full years the project was brainstormed on and in 2016 an agreement was signed with the Castelldefels Town Hall. Imperfect opened in October of that same year. Employees at Imperfect come from different backgrounds and difficulties and in exchange for their time and commitment, they receive training and daily food. And when they eat, they sit at a table next to any other one with customers who can afford to pay for their meal.
