About
One of the main aims of LomoAlto/LomoBajo is to promote the “meat culture” among consumers’ palates. It has been created to allow customers to enjoy haute cuisine meat but served burger style. The highlights here are Rock&Rolls on white bread, burgers on pretzel and hot veal sandwiches on black bread. With the desire to reinvent and dignify the classic steak sandwich, LomoBajo has designed a gourmet menu as daring as informal.
