Atlantic oysters selected in origin by Thierry, founder of Ostras Thierry, the first importer of these French oysters from Barcelona, since 1998. A dream born from the passion for sea flavours and the ambition to share the French oyster in Spain. We work exclusively with Huîtres Poget, our supplier and company of great acceptance in France and one of the best in the country, with a limited production and very careful to get an exceptional oyster. La Fine and La Spéciale from Marennes Oléron and La Spéciale Utah Beach from Normandy. Service at the Oyster & Sea Bar, C/Paris 190, Take Away and Delivery.
