The Restaurant "El Jardí" is located in the centre of Parets del Vallès and has become a local landmark since its inauguration over 70 years ago. Founded in 1935 by Josep and Montserrat, its original atmosphere is still maintained: pleasing experienced diners who not only seek a good meal but who also want to enjoy a pleasant and warm atmosphere. El Jardí welcomes everyone and it is suitable for all kinds of people, we serve business lunches from Monday to Friday, couples at night and whole families come at the weekends. The restaurant is divided in three main areas: the bar, the garden and the indoor dining rooms: one on the ground floor with its unique fireplace and one underneath this, which is conjoined with the wine cellar. We offer a Mediterranean cuisine and we take an interest in innovation. We serve both traditional Catalan dishes and our own signature cuisine with fresh produce. Pere is in charge of the cellar, Carme and Josep are our chefs and Lidia is responsible for our tasty desserts.
