The History of Can Pineda begins in 1904. Running by two families, Cuenca and Jovells (first generation) related by two siblings, Paco and Rosario Cuenca. Since then, they were working as a modest restaurant until the year 1972 when the business will become a culinary reference to all the state. Then, they offered more elaborated dishes centred on the seasonality, as well as noble products coming from different locations around the world. Nowadays, the space breathes history, enhancing the experience all over the restaurant. All the elements has maintained originals to create an unique atmosphere, warmth and a lot of personality. Currently, the second generation, Marc Cuenca and Jordi León runs the family restaurant, following the values and knowledge that the first generation gave to them.
