About
The fine dining experience from Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona. With recipes that respect and extol tradition, Restaurant SOLC has a ever-changing menu made by the chef Luis Llamas under command of the Executive Chef David Romero. The dishes are made with raw materials from the hotel's own vegetable garden in Maresme and picked daily. Also made with fish and meat from local producers. At night you are able to enjoy the SOLC Tasting Menu, with a wine list designed by our Sommelier Pablo Fernández Rodríguez. Apart from this, the Restaurant SOLC offer a splendid gourmet menu for brunch on Sunday at noon, including a welcome glass of champagne Moët & Chandon and a wel assorted dessert buffet.
