We are a small Business running in only 1 location : the one you’re in now !! The concept was created in 2015 by the founders Fabie & Franck . Making quality fresh food every day means we can serve 50 meals and not a single one more.Our Menu is comprised of fresh ingredients which are selected from sustainable farms and eco-friendly smallholder producers. We are Committed to only serving local and organic products to our customers with the exception of cheeses that always meet the DOP or IGP requirements.
