About

Zizinia produces Middle Eastern food using traditional methods of food production. All food served is freshly made on the premises: we bake our bread from organic Aragon 03 wheat, grown by a family in Zaragoza. We use as many organic or Fairtrade ingredients as possible. We do not sell anything in bottles or cans and keep all non-biodegradeable waste to a minimum. Our drinks are prepared on-site using syrups from fruits and herbs and organic semi-refined sugar mixed with sparkling water.
