At the kitchen of "El Coso", roasting and grill cooking is a very aregentinian ritual and it all starts with a good aromatic wood that becomes in embers and where the fire is ready for cooking all types of meat and vegetables: roasted rack of lamb, Iberian tenderloin, lamb steaks, argentinian lamb shoulder, short ribs, entrecote, mixed grill of slaughter, grilled roasted fish, "bife de chorizo" (type of beef cut), "vacío" (lower part of rib, very tender), lamb, loin, roasted potatoes, roasted pumpkin, peppers, artichokes... To accompany these delicacies, at "El Coso Argentino" we put at your disposal a great variety of wines and the best advise for different roasts. Our winery has the best "crianza", "reserva", "gran reserva" and limited edition of Spain and Argentina red wines, like Vega Sicilia, Viña Ardanza, Séptima Malbec, among others, that will delight all consumers. For different celebrations we offer "cavas" and champagne as Maria Casanovas or Don Perignon. It is a ritual that does not need special occasions, is for anyone who wants to learn more traditional Andalusian and Argentine culture, but also for those who are not of these lands. Our restaurant is renowned for the professionalism, the staff and the friendly treatment that we have with our clients, but also for the magnificent live shows in charge of groups of singers and well-known "flamenco" dancers.
