In the year 2012 we decided to start a gastronomic project going into the history and culture of our ancestors. Following this premise Cas Tarbeners is born as a gastronomic research and development project. Our cuisine is inspired by the traditional recipes and leads us to seek new horizons under a current prism, a journey through the cultural diversity of the Mediterranean. We embark on the search for gastronomic identity without a fixed course but with firm identity convictions. Cas Tarbeners proposes a trip through the crossbreed gastronomy, without leaving aside our Mediterranean roots. Which define the way we interpret our cuisine.
