L’Aiguera Park, designed in the late 1980s by the renowned architect Ricardo Bofill, is a neoclassical gem that brings freshness and elegance to the heart of Benidorm. The park’s 400‑meter path culminates in the historic Bullring beside a lively fairground that comes alive during local festivals, adding a spirited, traditional atmosphere. Along the walk are two iconic open‑air amphitheatres: the Oscar Esplá Auditorium, ideal for intimate gatherings with a capacity of 500, and the larger Julio Iglesias Auditorium, which can seat up to 4,000 for concerts and summer festivals. With palm trees, Mediterranean pines, and shaded walkways, L’Aiguera Park offers a serene oasis in the middle of the city, letting visitors unwind or simply enjoy a peaceful moment surrounded by lush landscaping and architectural elegance.
