This hidden retreat offers a relaxing stay in a stunning setting just a 10-minute drive from the town of Noia near the village of Oates The heart of the house beats around its enormous atrium space, which contains the living, dining, kitchen, and bar areas. Here the contemporary design mixes seamlessly with the old traditional Galician stonewalls. Polished cement floors with the added luxury of under floor heating that gives the house a lovely spacious feel and great acoustics. With four deluxe bedrooms, two downstairs (a king size double and a twin room) who share the massive main bathroom with double basins, separate shower space and deep soak tub. Upstairs two further bedrooms (King size double and twin room) share the upstairs bathroom. The massive open fireplace, the relaxing mezzanine reading area, the enormous sofa, the wonderful sun doors with balcony views of the church and the spacious games room with a classic 1970´s pub pool table completes this luxurious picture. Outside, there is a cosy private garden where you can enjoy sunny summer days by the beautiful pool and BBQ area with breath taking valley views.
