NICE APARTMENT 1 MIN TO THE BEACH: Located in the heart of Tossa de Mar, just 50 meters from the beach, is this fantastic and bright penthouse. Completely renovated, with a bohemian and very Mediterranean style, it will make you feel at home. The soft colors and the contrast of textures and materials evoke the calm and relaxation sought in a few days of vacation and disconnection. It has an unbeatable location to enjoy your holidays and to be able to walk to any corner of Tossa. Its views are one of the great attractions that our apartment has. From the main room you can contemplate the wall and the Tossa lighthouse (at night it is a real gift). From the terrace of the living room you will be able to see the Church of Sant Vicenç, a beautiful 18th century Baroque construction, along with its rose window and its large clock. You can also see the Torre del Moro, dating from between the 12th and 14th centuries, which together with the church, are the protagonists in the views on this side of the floor. Both are fully equipped so that you can enjoy a perfect breakfast or a romantic dinner in the light of the stars and the Lighthouse with total privacy. From both terraces you will feel a sense of well-being and comfort that will make it difficult for you to want to leave them. DISTRIBUTION: The apartment has all the comforts for 4 people. The main room is a true Suitte, spacious, bright and has two closets to store a large amount of clothes (1.35cm bed). Also in the closet you can find a crib with a mattress in case it is a family trip with small children. The living room is transformed into a second bedroom just by opening the new sofa - bed (Italian System) and which has a very comfortable 12 Cm mattress. It has plasma TV, bar counter, air conditioning, dining table for 8 people and a fantastic terrace. The American style kitchen is fully equipped, has a Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, brand new washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle…. The bathroom has a bathtub and a new shower set. It is a really bright and spacious space. For more comfort and due to the proximity to the beach we also put at your disposal a storage room where you can store beach things, the baby stroller, extra suitcases ... You will have everything at your fingertips just one street from Tossa's main avenue, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, boutiques…. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a few days with your partner or family. Without a doubt, a unique and unforgettable place to enjoy your vacation days. We wait for you! SORROUNDINGS: Tossa is a beautiful and quiet town, with a lot of charm. Ideal to travel with your couple, family or with the kids. It is one of the most beautiful town in all Costa Brava, where you can steel feel the little old town atmosphere and where is not allowed to build tall buildings. Besides enjoying the beaches, there are a lot other things to do. For example: walk around the old and narrow streets from the walled town "Vila Vella", go to the lighthouse and relax at the "Bar del Far", while you enjoy the incredible views of the rugged coastline and the cliffs. Walk around the comercial area, full of little shops, incredible tours to the mountain, bike rides, ship tours, visit all the little and hidden beaches around, and so many other things we can recommend, according to your needs. For young people there are nice things too. There are no big discos in Tossa, but there are a lot of nice musical bars where you can enjoy nice moments Tossa is a little town, where you can find all kind of shops and services. For your staying, its not necessary a car, because distances are really short and go all across the town will take you no more than 20 minutes walking. However, if you are interested in visiting the surroundings, we do recommend a car. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We have cribs and high chairs. Please request it in advance. Costs 30€ for the hole stay. HOW TO GET: You can reach Tossa by: Own car or rented. Bus, from Barcelona or Girona City, and from their airports aswell. With train you can only go to Blanes, and there you can take a bus to Tossa Nearest airports are Barcelona (100km) and Girona (40km). It will be a pleasure, to suggest the best option, depending on your landing time, you departure place, if you come with kids or not, etc. Please do not hesitate on asking us.
