The garden boasts all day sun so the covered patio area will supply needed shade from the mid day heat. The fully equipped kitchen/utility room will provide all you need to cook at home or alternatively you can enjoy one of a number of restaurants or bars within minutes walking distance. The resort shop is only a minutes walk away for fresh bread and supplies daily should you need it as well as a gym, floodlit tennis court, floodlit paddle courts, large communal pool and the use of the spa facilities at the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel. Should you wish to venture away from the tranquillity of the villa, the beautiful safe, sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are only 5 minutes drive away.
