Fantastic 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment at Mar Menor Golf Resort on a Jack Nicklaus golf course. Resort has gym, spa, tennis, golf, mini golf, bike hire, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. 10 mins from the beautiful Los Alcazares beach and the Mar Menor lagoon with watersports centres. 25 minutes from Murcia International Airport. THE PENTHOUSE Located in a fantastic leisure and golf resort close to the Mar Menor beaches. Modern and bright property, well furnished, right on the golf course, with air conditioning, Satellite TV & free wi-fi, a private car parking space, central location in a relaxing environment. The penthouse has a spacious, south facing terrace, fully equipped to enjoy Spanish outdoor living with stunning views over fields and mountains and overlooking the 10th green of the golf course. The swimming pool is by the 11th tee. We have portable sun loungers too. The 40m2 terrace is the perfect place for catching the sun at any time of the day on reclining loungers and in the lounge seats; or for enjoying your meals al fresco. The kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine offers all you need for self-catering, and linen, towels, etc. are included. We include a MEET & GREET service at the holiday home to welcome you. Facilities include spa, sauna, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room. TENNIS There is a tennis court within the Social Club. There are also 8 padel tennis courts on the resort. Here you will find a padel tennis shop, cafe and professional who will be glad to teach you this wonderful Spanish game! GYM & FITNESS Guests have use of a gym within the resort hotel, which is an excellent, fully-equipped gymnasium with fitness studio. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment including cardiovascular equipment, free weights and strength machines, with personal trainers and gym instructors also on hand to help. There is also an additional mini-gym, which can be found by the padel tennis courts, on the resort. KIDS CLUB There is a kids club at the on-site hotel at Mar Menor Golf Resort where fun is guaranteed thanks to the programme of fun-filled experiences.
