Villa Cala Blanca description Luxury Villas in Menorca The villa is situated on the seafront in Avda. de Llevant, nº 14, a peaceful area of the Cala Blanca residential complex, only 80 meters from the beach and 4 km. from Ciutadella. From this very spot you can see, on days with good visibility, the Bay of Alcudia on the neighbouring island of Majorca, which is less than twenty nautical miles away from the Minorcan coast. It is a large semi-detached apartment occupying a total space of 110 m2, distributed over a ground floor and first floor. The kitchen, living-dining room and a suite with double bed and bathroom are on the lower floor, whilst a second bathroom and toilet are on the upper floor together with the three remaining bedrooms. Of these, one has a double bed and the other two are equipped with two single beds. It also has a terrace-garden measuring 300m2 with a swimming pool and barbecue.
