A warm and bright space with an adjoining terrace and privileged views of the sunrise over the Navacerrada reservoir. Enjoying breakfast with these views is a unique experience. Gastronomy wise, we tried to be faithful to the Madrid's culinary tradition giving a touch of modernity, adapting our menu to new culinary trends and to most palates. And all this with the best products offered by the mountains that surround us, the Sierra de Guadarrama: meat with "denominación de origen", organic products of the Madrid garden, and biodynamic wines that compose our cellar. Ultimately, a menu that respects the most demanding palates in a healthy way and takes care of our greatest asset, our natural environment. An intimate and cozy leisure space that invites our guests to discover its different corners and dive into long and pleasant conversations by the fireplace while enjoying a perfect Gin&Tonic or whiskey of the highest quality. An exclusive area with a bar, lounge, library, and a living room with a fireplace and chester sofas.
