Our cuisine is “fine casual”, offering a gastronomic experience in a casual setting. The tranquility and turquoise colors of the sea by day, or the vibes by night in a stunning interior décor (including our cosy fireplace for the colder winter months). Our dishes are authentic recipes with its roots from the local Marina Alta area, inspired by the ingredients sourced from local farmers, and a light touch of the South of France and Italian influence: dishes with rice specially brought from Valencia, risottos, vegetable dishes with artichokes and eggplant, lots of fresh seafood from Javea Bay, oysters, lobster pasta, or Galician beef, just to name a few. All dishes are prepared by our Chef and his team, using the market’s fresh ingredients of the day (don’t be surprised some dishes run out quickly, as a result). They are median sized portions, that can be shared with your loved ones or ordered individually.
