We are Rodrigo and Lau. We met at the Luis Irizar Cooking School in San Sebastián, where our interest in gastronomy awoke. From there, we have been growing and evolving in all the restaurants that gave us the opportunity to learn in their kitchens. All this knowledge has led us to create HAIZEA, a market cuisine restaurant with avant-garde touches.
