From the beginning of January till the end of May, ISASTEGI opens its doors to welcome all those who want to taste a good cider directly from the kupelas, together with typical dishes. Codfish and chop have been and are the main dishes for tasting cider. In ISASTEGI codfish can be tasted in three ways: in a delicious tortilla, prepared in fried tacos with green pepper strips or prepared in a delicious green sauce. After opening the appetite with codfish, you will go for the main course consisting of grilled veal chop that will delight any palate. There is also the opportunity to taste grilled lamb when ordered in advance. After these dishes, best to end the meal with Idiazabal cheese accompanied by apple sweet and walnuts.
