The restaurant offers two main menu experiences: a lighter tasting without wine pairing for €395 and a full tasting with curated pairings for €605. For parties of six or more a prepaid deposit of €220 per person is required, while all tables are secured with a credit‑card guarantee for 1 to 5 guests. Reservations are strongly recommended due to limited capacity and seasonal opening windows. Martin Berasategui remains open for lunch from 13:00 – 14:15 and dinner from 20:30 – 21:30, closing at 18:00 after lunch and 01:00 after dinner. Seasonal breaks occur from 14 December to 10 March and from 13 December to 9 March.
